No. Spas and swim spas draw far more current than a standard power point is designed for, and running one that way isn't compliant or safe. They need a dedicated, hard-wired circuit sized to the unit, with RCD safety switch protection and an isolation switch nearby. Most retailers won't let you fill or power on a spa until that circuit is installed and tested.

The further the spa is from the switchboard, the more cable (and often trenching) is involved, which affects the job but doesn't rule it out.
